I love when my eyes standout. Other than having eyeliner and long lashes the best thing to get your eye color to stand out is your eyeshadow color. Choosing what colors are best for you is relatively easy as well. It all comes down to knowing how to read the color chart:
It’s really simple: All you do is find your eye color and then find the color that is exactly opposite to it!
Blue eyes: I have blue eyes so I should use orange, copper, or tan colors.
Green eyes: Look lovely with pink and salmon colors.
Hazel eyes: stand out with purple and reddish tones
Brown eyes: Because brown is a neutral it will pop with just about any color! I especially like brown eyes with green shadow the best. You have a ton to choose from with brown eyes, so have fun!
And finally every eye color looks wonderful with neutrals! This is why everyone is in love with the infamous “Naked” palettes because for the most part the colors look good on everyone!
The difference between the two palettes are that the first one has warmer shades, whereas the second one has more cooler shades. Also, the second one has more matte colors as well compared to the first one.
I also was able to find a couple of less expensive dupes for y’all!

What would be the recommendation for grey eyes? Would it be similar to brown since they’re both at the bottom? Thanks
Yes, they would be similar to brown eyes. They will look good paired with “cooler” colors. I Think grey eyes would look amazing with a nice “cool” purple color. Also, if they are a grey blue, they might look really pretty with a little dark blue eyeliner to make the blue come out. Good luck!
What if you have a cross between blue and green eyes? I have green eyes but I have blue in a crescent moon shape in one corner of each eye,
I think either color combinations for green or blue eyes would work. It might be fun to choose which color you want to “highlight” for the day and choose eyeshadow to make your blue or green come out more
P.S. You’re eyes sound so unique and beautiful!
Thank you, I do love my eyes. I have always said they are my favorite thing on me! Love the advice, thank you!
So if you have two different color eyes, ( hazel and blue) than what color do you suggest?

I literally have every single color in my eyes. If you look close enough you can even see a yellow-orange. they can change their color depending on what I’m wearing and my outfit, but they usually stay brown, green or occasionelly blue. Not sure what colors I should use for my makeup since they’re a mish-mash of everything, so I’m hopeing you can help me.
There are also the people with dark brown eyes (black) who are never really mentioned when in the conversation of color of eyes…
Because brown (and black) are neutral colors they will pop with just about any color! I especially like brown eyes with green shadow the best. You have a ton to choose from with brown eyes, so have fun! Hope that helps
Hi doll, i have SUPER dark brown eyes that you can’t see my pupil, when i get mad they turn a light brown. Do i just use browns??

My eyes switch between grey and blue a lot (and I mean in one day), and in the summer they can be a kind of green. But they’ve also got a few brown specks, what should I use?
My eyes change color from baby blue to a like forest green color. What color would make my eyes pop and be really bright?
Hi, I have blue eye (with gold surrounding the pupil and a darker blue on the outer edge) and I was wondering which palette you prefer, because I was already considering buying an urban decay palette. You mentioned you sue coppers on blues, so the first?
