Father’s Day DIY

I am definitely a daddy’s girl. And Father’s Day is coming up and what’s more special than a nice handmade gift for your favorite daddy?

1. “Skinny” some of his old too wide ties

Skinny Tie DIY

My Dad has collected tons of ties over the years. And some of them are SO wide! Even though my Dad wouldn’t want a really skinny tie, I would love to at least skinny some of his ties to a nice classy, standard size!

2. Father’s Day Family Face Magnets

Such a cute gift idea! Magnets with the whole family’s faces.  My Dad is a grandfather as well and I know he’d love to see his grand children’s faces too!

3. Homemade Father’s Day Fishing Card

Handmade cards are the best! They let you address your Dad more personally. I love how this card uses actual tackle your fishing Dad could use!

4. Custom DIY Checker Board

My Dad loves to play checkers and chess. He would love a custom checkers game to use. It also would be fun to play with his new checker’s set on Father’s Day evening after dinner with the family!

5. Father’s Day Gift Basket

Give your dad a lot of small things you know he loves and add a personal touch. The one on the top is made for a Dad who loves to camp, there’s a flashlight, pocket knife, BBQ Sauce, water bottle holder and more. Some other ideas would be: Football Dad: Football helmet and snacks to watch the game and souvenirs from his favorite team, Fishing Dad: Fishing Basket with tackle and snacks for his trip. There’s a ton of different ideas you can come up with just for your Dad!
